Porcher Abrasive Coatings Ltd. is a leading UK manufacturer of a range of specialist temperature-cured abrasive coated surfaces that include abrasive linings for the vegetable peeling industry; the TreadSafe range of anti-slip flooring; custom designed protective coatings and friction-resistant coatings.

Established in 1992, we operate internationally from modern, well-equipped, purpose-built premises on a 4-acre site in Boston, Lincolnshire, UK.

Abrasive linings for the vegetable preparation industry, for which we are the UK market leader, are used in all leading makes of abrasive potato and vegetable peelers. For the vegetable preparation industry, we offer a comprehensive range of engineering services including manufacture of new rollers, refurbished batch peelers and repair of peeler rollers.

Our abrasive coated surfaces are used in a wide variety of applications and industries:-

* For the textile industry, we manufacture card grinding fillet and a range of specialist roller coverings including felt.

* For the garage equipment industry, we coat the rolling roads in MOT brake tester machines.

* For manufacturers of label printers, we coat rollers with abrasive.

* For the healthcare industry, we coat a range of plastic moulded parts.

TreadSafe slip-resistant flooring is offered in abrasive coated stainless steel or GRP. The range includes:-

* Stair treads with matching landing covers
* Stair nosings
* Decking sheets and low profile cleats
* Ladder rung covers
* Coating of customers' free issue materials
* Self-adhesive anti-slip tapes

We offer a full collection and delivery service in the mainland UK, Ireland and Europe.
