We are the UK’s leading manufacturer of temperature-cured abrasive linings for potato and vegetable peeling equipment, covering over 90% of all batch and continuous peelers in the vegetable preparation, crisp, snack, and fast-food industries.
With over 3 decades of industry experience, we work closely with original equipment manufacturers, food processors, commercial peelers, and catering engineers to deliver coatings precisely tailored to each client’s requirements.
Brake Test Rollers
We recoat all sizes and types of European Class 4, 5, and 7 brake tester rollers, working with both OEMs and end users. Service exchange rollers are available for Kismet and Tecalemit systems. Using temperature-cured ovens, we deliver a robust abrasive lining designed to withstand the heavy demands of the transport industry.
Custom Designed & Bespoke Coatings
We specialise in developing tailored abrasive coatings for metals, wood, and plastics, using a wide range of resins and abrasive grain types. Options include fused aluminium oxides, silicone carbides, emery, bauxite, and pumice — bonded with phenolic, acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, or UV-cured resins. Each solution is engineered to meet specific performance, durability, and application requirements.
Conveyor Drive Rollers
Our specialist coating process applies durable, non-slip surfaces to new or existing conveyor drive rollers. Our experienced team provides expert guidance to ensure the optimal abrasive solution for your project.

Healthcare & Hygiene Coatings
Precision-engineered abrasive coatings for plastic mouldings and pads used across healthcare and hygiene applications
Manufactured in a controlled cleanroom environment by highly skilled operatives using specialist machinery, each coating is the result of extensive research, development, and prototyping. The outcome is a robust, consistent, and hygienically safe abrasive surface, tailored to the stringent demands of healthcare and hygiene industries.
Manufacture & Engineering Repairs
Our fully equipped Engineering Department delivers comprehensive manufacturing, repair, and maintenance services while supporting research and development. Capabilities include new roller production, metal shaft fabrication, roller straightening, process-enhancing adaptations, bespoke welding and turning, and repair or replacement of worn components.
Textiles & Loom Rollers
We provide specialist non-slip coating services for loom rollers, felt coverings, and the manufacture of card grinding fillet. Our card grinding fillet, available grooved or plain, is designed for grinding and polishing applications and can be supplied in standard or custom lengths, widths, and grain sizes.
We also recoat loom rollers from leading manufacturers including Sulzer, Dornier, Picanol, Vamatex, Somet, and Promatech. Options include felt (sueding) or abrasive coatings, as well as tailored finishes for batching motion rollers to improve grip and fabric roll wind-up — all developed to protect fabric surfaces while enhancing performance.
